I just figure out why he didn't release all of it.
He wanted to finish Rulo Room in time for his birthday.

But...by that logic, yours should have been there too.

Sublevel doesn't have a theory or anything he can put in subverse, so he can't have a room (i'm not very sure if he wants it, either).

I have just realized a mysterious connection between that theory and something that has already been stated BEFORE on the Sub.

I'll probably be updating it in the next 32 days.
