I updated that onto the forum posts in the wiki. Well, a close enough approximation of it anyway, the template doesn't really do dialogues of multiple participants that well.

What have we here? A Document? Finally, after some thought and discussion, @Yombai, @Ghastly_Microwave, and I have made a document known only as the Subnet Pamphlet. This pamphlet is supposed to state what we know about the Subnet; therefore, giving us a wide variety of info to help theorize. This document is open for anyone to comment. It is a way for people in the Pastel Lands community to contribute to the paper and make requests on additional topics. Feel free to comment. Any criticism is helpful, even if it is bad. Thank you for a least sneaking a peek at The Subnet Pamphlet.
