Alcohol: There has to be some limits for it, as Paranormal mentioned, and of course, you have to be a certain age to take it.

Smoking to any degree is very harmful to your health.
Drugs, unless prescribed as medicine, will harm you to and can also have psychological effects.
Alcohol can be generally harmless in moderation, but will harm you too if not taken responsibly.
