Well, I think all portals need energy to be working.

We turned on one in 000 location, for example. Maybe some of root transporters should be activated somehow, too?
For example, I remember some strange device in toilet 355 room..

Oh yeah, the one in the corner... IDK what that is, honestly... Probably something that Mur used?
But behind that, on the wall, a transporter!

Portal = the XYZ one, unless noted.
Karma Portal = obvious.
Transporter = Cipher Plate Panel.

Well, the only cipher system we have seen so far connects nearby location, and I think Mateusz said something in a post about that the root transporter doesn't act like a portal, that only connect sub-areas inside the same area.

1. We don't know how far apart the locations are
2.

Well, main component of Root transporters are wires, not?

3. It would work really well if it was only one network...

How about Coordinate Portal for the first one? It's less ambiguous and more accurate than XYZ Portal (since we don't know whether they are XYZ coordinates...)

EDIT: I'm liking what you did with the inventory. Shows the # of items you have (if multiples) when you mouse over. Really good.
