I didn't find anything, other than the usual message "you got 20/20 secrets, congratulations" in the menu.

but there might be something new, somewhere. I haven't fully explored everything, just went through the gameplay.

New is the extended soundtrack.

Mateusz said once that he planned (not promised, I not going to comit the same mistake again :p) to add a reward for getting those 20 secrets, but it seems he didn't done that in the end, which is strange considering he added secrets to Sub3 HD.

it's understandable because Sub3 already had almost no plot, it was a kind of odd game in the series in that respect, Sub2 feels more like a complete game in terms of plot.
