Re: Submachine Wiki
What I'm basically saying is we place the items into image boxes, when the image is clicked its redirected to the page its linked to. So clicking on the Valve would send you straight to this pageJatsko wrote:I think you're going to have to explain it a bit more for me to understand it.
How would you let people know which games the valve appears in, for example? With this box, one would know that it appears multiple times, but not which games unless they actually went to the valve page.

The process works like this page
http://submachine.wikia.com/wiki/Submachine_series
Where clicking on the image takes you straight to the game page. You also have room for text, so people know what item it is.
And we would let people know what game the Valve appears in by stating that on the valve page, which is already stated. Or you could just go
Valve
Submachine 1, 2, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, SU
That is what I was thinking myself. We could sort them by number of appearances, and alphabetically in case of a tie. I think it's better if it's one big table with every item from every game in it.
That was my thought process behind the idea, its redundant to show teh same item multiple times. Just one page that serves as a hub page for all items and objects that appear. It would do away with having to show the same item several times.
Re: Submachine Wiki
And how would you categorize the items that only appear once? Do they also go into a table too?

Yes they do, underneath the multi use items
Here is an image of what I see in my mind

Re: Submachine Wiki
For one time items, how exactly are they categorized? By game? Does each game have its own table?

Seems you're the only one who has a hard time understanding any of this. Either you're being an ass, or you're truly confused. I'm thinking the former. Vortex understands what I want done. So do a few others I have chatted with elsewhere.Jatsko wrote:For one time items, how exactly are they categorized? By game? Does each game have its own table?
I'll go ahead and accomplish this fantastic feat myself.
Re: Submachine Wiki
Hey, I just want to be sure I understand this clearly. It's a big page. Right now I'm going through and renaming all the recent item images to fit the guidelines. I was going to assist you in your idea, but I wanted to make sure I understood it first.
Re: Submachine Wiki
All items and objects image names updated!

Nice job!
I just fixed a few things in the "Suggestions" category. If there's something you want me to help with, just tell me

Does everyone think it's ok that a theory needs 5 votes for it to be assigned a new status? (I put this rule in to encourage voter turnout, to prevent a lot of theories being decided on by only a few people)
