Well, they're actualy lot of important stuff in the Layer 5 version of this location.

Layer 5 is where the Knot is located, where all layers combine to become one, which is what we experienced in Sub9. Its why in the note Elizabeth says "I must tell the others, I must get to Layer 5" the others were the ones who were going to kill Murtaugh with inter-dimensional guns. (All those guns at the beginning of Sub7 weren't part of Mur's invasion btw)

Its also in my opinion where the exit is located. The Gordian Knot, we have to break it in order to exit.

I find that they simply didn't delete 3 single words, but three whole sentence from which this note/conversation is made up of.

Just like the secret in Sub 6 said, "If He's the explorer, She's the Healer." Where until we played Submachine 9, we simply looked past that note as if it were just a scribble.
