What about
"Special Artwork" ?
because it's special
Or maybe something like "Creator Extras" or similar

Yeah, something along "Extra", that word brings to much attention to public!

Well, "Creator extras" would give the impression that it is something the author is promoting, so I don't know. The variation "Extra artwork" could fit.
Is there any adjective in English that means "pertaining to a game"? Something like "Non-'jocular' artwork" is what would be most descriptive, I think.
If not, let's settle for "Extra Artwork"

Okay! I don't have the Mateusz vs. Zerpentos image in this computer anyway, so create away
Don't forget that all images have to be in PNG format!

I don't have it either, the link was dead when I started copying the images to my computer...
I also don't have the images Mateusz posted during Sub10 development, so please send me the links!
First before posting I'm going to convert them to PNG, this will take a bit of time!

Well, don't worry, leave the gap and I'll place it tomorrow or so when I come back home

Three last images here:

EDIT: except the sketch, that's most likely a Sub10 image and we can leave it out.
