Re: Video Games
Meet the new boss, same as the old boss, if the old boss had been an octahedron, which they weren't.

I can protect me from the influence of those words until the two are on sale.

Yeah... I scrolled down and the top comment is a huge spoiler. Now, I'm thinking of how to get rid of that piece of information. Should I go to the hospital and anesthetize half my brain in order to get the part where it is stored? Or just hit my head against a wall? I could try drinking 10 megatons of Slush, too. Hmmm. The possibilities are endless.WorldisQuiet5256 wrote:Well wait until you see the ending of Bioshock Infinite, Burial at Sea part 2 DLC ending.

Re: Video Games
Bioshock Infinite probably wins the trophy of Most Complex Videogame Story Ever. And that's coming from someone who's a huge fan of Metal Gear Solid! Have you ever seen the lore? Quoting a certain Youtuber here, "It's the videogame series that has formulated more conspiracy theories than 9/11, and has f'ed more minds than Microsoft f'ed gamers this E3 2013. Ba-Zynga." I mean, MGS2 alone can melt brains if you can't grasp the true meaning behind the whole plot. Or haven't played MGS4, since it makes everything in MGS2 make much more sense.RoentgenDevice wrote:Yeah... I scrolled down and the top comment is a huge spoiler. Also, keep in mind that Burial at Sea spoilers... well, due to the nature of the Bioshock series' plot, it doesn't have anything to do with the actual Infinite plot; or even Bio1, for that matter.
[BWAAAARGH SPOILERS BWAAAARGH] Since in Bioshock there are multiple universes, the theories of possibility are applied. This means that there are infinite universes (the title makes sense now) on which certain events have always happened and will always happen (CONSTANT) and certain events may happen differently in a variety of ways, altering their respective universes in a multidude of ways (VARIABLES). Burial at Sea plays with a certain VARIABLE within Infinite's storyline, and Elizabeth's for that matter - something you'll understand once you play both main game and DLC. Since the main game's universe doesn't actually collide with Burial at Sea's, you can say that the DLC is technically not canon to Infinite's storyline; though Burial at Sea may be in the same universe that both Bioshock 1 and 2 happen, due to how a certain character dies on that DLC.
For further mind melting, once you finish Infinite, send me a message and I'll explain to you one of the possibilities of what happens on the end of the game, and how this possibility will force a Blue Screen of Death on your mind and shape the greatest videogame plot ever.
