Hey, Gem, it could be interesting:gemini wrote:I've never thought of Submachine 1 being part of the main storyline.
This is why when I replay the whole main storyline, I play v 2.0.version 2, October 2005
Also known as the extended or the official-plot-version.
V 2.0 (2005) already had gem. :)Earlier versions of Sub1 didn't even have the wisdom gem. But Sub0 has always had the wisdom gem ;)
It was a rule against "photoshoped" images of him being used in PF memes, he didn't said anything about avatars.gemini wrote:Didn't Mateusz have a rule against using pictures of him?
I suggest you both change your avatars before you make the subgod unhappy.
Incredibly, I never even noticed that...gemini wrote:Right and the image you and Sublevel have is Mateusz's avatar which is his head photoshopped onto a picture of Abe Lincoln with a machine gun.
I'm sure that Mateusz will find some way of tying it to the other installments.gemini wrote:I've never thought of Submachine 1 being part of the main storyline. To me the storyline doesn't really kickoff until Sub4. We get some sort of background in Sub2 and Sub3. The note in Sub1 feels out of place. Why? Nowhere else in the series is the basement mentioned in notes. Sure we visit a redux Basement location in Sub4, but still. The game itself feels out of place to me. That's why I don't think of it as canon. Sub0 would make a lot more sense, since that is connected with Sub5.

Yeah...I just got tired of having to go through the long and hard Process of creating A Theory page and it ends being good, then goes nowhere.ENIHCAMBUS wrote:Reminds me when he was spamming forum with the sentence "Wait for it" for reaching the 1000 posts.Sublevel 102 wrote:13-parted post? wow
I think Sub1 has to be part of the main storyline, and is very important too. Why? We don't even know how we got there in the first place! If we ever find out how this all began for the player, and what the meaning of our whole journey is, we will have to find out how we wound up in the basement in the first place. The Abacus wrote:I'm sure that Mateusz will find some way of tying it to the other installments.gemini wrote:I've never thought of Submachine 1 being part of the main storyline. Confirmation from Mateusz doesn't convince you? :)Lyds wrote:I think Sub1 has to be part of the main storyline
