Most of that sounds like a great idea! I personally like having the puzzle pages, but if you prefer brevity I could see writing a short summary of each one on the main "Puzzles" page instead.
I see the current editing guidelines page. When it's finished, though, I'd recommend putting it in a more conspicuous place, like in the header, so people can see it away from the main page. I like Mord's current suggestions for capitalization and file names. As for "the", I'd be happier leaving it in just due to the great number of in-game locations refered to in that way ("The Lab", "The Ship", etc.). It's nice to stress that such locations are specific and not just a type of object in the subnet. I see his point though.
