You say this one connects to CIR, but which one is close to the location of origin, its hard to tell since both appear to have 2 Karma Portals in them.

Telescope throwing you off because it looks too big? Well, I thought of drawing it smaller, but decided not to As for the top telescope, unfortunately I ran out of room :/

Portal clarification:
Bottom right screen contains origin portal for TEL; bottom middle leads to CIR; CIR only has one portal (bottom left).

Strange, in CIR, it seems there's a place of a Karma Portal at the right of the lower end of the rope (In the same "Screen").
