Not an Angry Eye, its the Logo for the V.F.D. It stands for "Volunteer Fire Department". That Secret Organization from that Books "A Series of Unfortunate Events" by Lemony Snicket's. The V.F.D. evolved more over time into something much Greater. A Place for People of Good Heart and Persuader and Preserving of Knowledge could get together. Eyebrow is V, Crinkle is F, and Eyeball is D.

My Logo "The World is Quiet Here" came from there Library Entrance at their Headquarters at the top of Mount Fraught.
