What does this man mean? He meant that in Submachine everything is possible, or he only says that Mur can be in different Layers at the same time?

Can be interpreted in both ways.

1) And this has to do with Sub8 how? This is SNEE you're talking about.
2) As Bender mentioned, SNEE takes place on all Layers, as I've just recently learned, which could mean different events happening on each Layer.

I don't doubt it, but why would he claim such a thing as that to be true when it isn't?
