I'm not sure I understand completely what you want to propose, and this is partially because you lumped it all into one giant paragraph and are plastering it with ellipses (...).
Use periods. Proper sentence structure. With stuff like this we can't afford "word clouds". Take time to go back through and make it readable just from a basic sentence-making standpoint. This is a new thing for you that I don't want to develop into a habit.
What do you want in your "music subforum"? Where is it going to go? Is it a regular subforum like "general discussion" or is it a sub-subforum (a subforum inside a subforum)?
Is your "other Pastel games" forum for non-Mateusz developers a subforum as well, existing on the same level as "theories and suggestions"/"the Submachines"/"general discussion"/etc.? I guess I don't see anything negative about it being a subforum, but I think it works well as a sub-subforum because the number of threads and replies is frankly not that big. As for dividing that forum further into groups by individual non-Mat creator, I don't like that. There's guaranteed not enough threads or discussion available to warrant further dividing everything down.

That was a grave wording error on my part; I have no intentions of doing that, but the way I worded it definitely made it sound that way. I fixed it.

One thing you need to work on with these replies is make clear what you're talking about, especially when you switch from one thought to another. Like here (which can also be a separate paragraph):
Ko9 wrote:I like the last part you said, saying that there is no discussion, and more just information. That is interesting, so I would like to choose one of these (I am just a member of the forum and I would like to hear other opinions than these two) I would like it deleted
Nowhere is it explicitly clear that you're talking about the Dutch note lists. Even though people can figure that out by scrolling back up, mentioning it can help tie your reply together. It also becomes harder to read when you refer to them entirely via pronouns. You could do something like:
Ko9 wrote:Regarding the notes threads, I would like to choose one of these to delete.
And then say which one (presumably the Covert Front one if there's no Wiki space available for it, I would assume). Now you're actually mentioning what you're talking about and it's much easier to read.

Leave stuff like this out. You often write variations of this as well at the end of whatever you're arguing, and it's frustrating because it comes across as though you're trying so hard to weigh every opinion equally and "see both sides" that you end up making whatever you argue for look weak. It's okay to take a stand on one side and say "I would prefer this would happen" and not immediately undercut it with "but I understand if other people want to do this instead". Don't be scared about it. This entire topic is about making decisions, so you can do without trying to please everyone when you're putting forth your own opinion on something.
Also, before I go crazy, it's spelled
t-h-r-e-a-d. Not "threat". Not "treat". I even gave a slight hint for you how to spell it in my last reply and you resorted to using "tread". If I didn't know better, I'd think you were trying to be defiant. :P
@Ant
The Kinematograph suggestion is good. I don't think I originally properly checked out what it was about.
When you talk about this "anti-merger" stuff, are you still referring to the "delete/offtop" threads, or the threads I suggest "combining" with others (in which case I'm going to use "combine" still since I was here first >:/), and if it's the second, are you referring to just GenDis or the other subforums as well?
