An Idea came to me, at Coordinates jul, The Contrast Room.
Where the the two rooms each in their own Layer?
And from the results of Murtuagh Karma Portal Bridging the gap between the two locations, for some reason to do with the fact of the same Artist Julia Tusz being the only thing that is shared between the two locations. That when the damaging effect of the Karma Portal took place, that resulted in the two locations becoming stretch beyond their Layers, thus the Location for the Coordinates jul is located in between Layers.

It could also be possible that the two rooms just converged on the same layer.
