phpBB installation must be free, if not - you can install manually in a folder of your choosing.
I assume you have FTP access. That allows the transfer of all database from here to new forum.
Moreover - I can give you my forum theme so it looks exactly like this one.

It took a bit of reading and browsing in my hosting service to see what I have and what I could do... All right, let see what we have here:
- I have FTP access through FileZilla as FTP Client for transferring files and accessing my site.
- I also have phpMyAdmin to back up files.
- I will probably need to do some coding for a forum this big.
- I would then install the new and free phpBB forum using the backup files.
The problem is that I am not having a pleasant time trying to gain access to my own site through FTP access as I am very inexperienced with this sort of thing. I will try again more tomorrow and maybe call my hosting service for help.
Anyone got tips?
