In a Sub8 note it says Mur was only destroying "3rd dimension" because it was just a copy. So maybe all is just a copy of the original except for those materials.

everything is possible, or he only says that Mur can be in different Layers at the same time?

Well you can teleport the same locations from the both layers of 628.
The teleporter must be interlayeronal.
192 could be in different layer.

All of the locations could be in different layers. I am saying especially 192 because the wall is not destroyed by karma portal.

But we know Liz's Ship was in Layer 1 and the bottom part of it wasn't destroyed by the secret karma portal.

It isn't. But both locations are resistant to karma portals.
