It's a video game based off the movie "Wargames" and has vector-styled graphics.
It's basically a nuclear war simulator in a nutshell.

No wonder I didn't understand MS Paint at first – I clicked on the wrong link when searched it in google!

Is there a Mac version of MS Paint that I can download?

I guess I'll have to use photoshop. (I know it's not a native image editor.) I already have it and I know how to use it well enough.
