I don't know (Enihc says it is, though :) ), but who cares, I mean, they killed twelve people just because they wrote what they thought.
It is, I would think, highly relevant how incidents like compare to the trend. Religious violence of this magnitude has been nearly nonexistent in the region, and the fact alone that that just changed is cause for worry in itself.

That, however, I fail to see the relevance of.

Once again we end up responding to violence with the equal, but not the opposite. Also, where'd you hear the hostages died as well? All the sources I've found say they survived.

I read it on a (german) news site, but some hours ago. Now that I google for the incident again, it shows fresher news that say they survived, indeed. It was unsure, I guess.

I said "who cares" because the crime itself is already awful enough. It doesn't even need a comparision.

It is not relevant that Charlie Hebdo was not only Islam-critic, that's right. I'm not a newspaper! Just wanted to point out how it was not only an attack on islam-critics, but on criticism itself.

Our president said that its preferible to "waste" energy, because it makes our energy-usage rate "comparable" to one of a "developed country".

(Not funny at all, they were much blackouts because of this :p)

Unlikely, if that were true it would be all aver the news.
Also, they said they have officially stopped searching for the plane.
Other news, PLKN is postponed indefinitely due to financial problems. :P
