For me it's more like a mix of Submachine with coloured DMT (and yeah, Covert Front too).

Any theories on what could be that machine's purpose? It's connected to a pair of headphones...

Also, there's a stand with the famous star-shaped symbol. And the resin... like the one of DMT, or my location in Subverse. It looks like a weird mashup of things from other series XD

Yeah, though probably they already had the idea of releasing it around this time. They said "within the next few months".

There was also some delaying, because of Sub9.
