Moderators and admins can have their own ranks.
But here only Mateusz is mod and admin, so no custom ranks

Also, it's up to Mateusz to decide if there will be new ranks or not, or if we can suggest ideas (or if there will ever be ranks ).

If we use a signature based and user-run rank system, I don't think he'll mind. Also, if we manage introduce this, should we allow people to add their old post count to their total?
