Re: Submachine Fan Artwork
wow, I woke up, and there's great Plans already. :D
sounds too... extreme? lol XD
perfect idea!I thought about the fanart contest idea. What if we do not just Submachine, but one week/month Submachine, the next one Daymare Town, the next one CF/10 gnomes/other games, etc.?
well, idk...I can also change the winner's user rank for a month now that I'm an admin, something cool like "the Architect's apprentice" or so.
I'd also thought of giving a copy of the corresponding HD game/Revolutions comic as a reward for 1st prize (of course I would rebuy it from Mateusz's store so that he won't lose money)

Re: Submachine Fan Artwork
cool one
but I don't see the rank change as a big deal, it would give the ranks the extra utility of showing this month's winner rather that just counting the number of posts
So the rules can be the standard ones, everyone can submit one artwork per contest and then we hold a popular vote, nobody can vote for their own submission, don't make offensive/harmful art, etc. The only thing left is to set the start and finish days of the month and we can start
Well, maybe the HD game copy was a bit farfetched XDwell, idk...I can also change the winner's user rank for a month now that I'm an admin, something cool like "the Architect's apprentice" or so.

Re: Submachine Fan Artwork
Alright, I think it's time to do this. My current idea is for the competition's submitting period to take place the last seven days of each month and leave the first 3-4 days of the next month for voting. Any objections?
This means the first issue of Pastel Forum's Fanart Contest will start the 25th, in three days. It will be Submachine themed. If everybody agrees I'll make the official announcement and start to prepare the thread let me know if this is too hasty, we can also start next month.
