Good, let's bring on the spam.

Okay, so remember last winter when I kept ranting about my Sub games running slow on my laptop, and how I couldn't figure out for the life of me what was going on or what was causing it? Then I rest the laptop before the release of Sub10 and it magically fixed itself?

Remember that? Because I think I might have found the cause:

Skype.

Skype running in the background might have slowed my computer down. When I reset my computer and added all my programs back, I kept a couple off because I didn't think I would use them. Skype was one of them.

I started recording a Sub6 playthrough today for the next BTM episode (fingers crossed for Saturday release!) and everything had gone to shit. Then I logged off of Skype and everything was suddenly back to normal.

Not that this affects anyone; I just felt like sharing. If you're experiencing game lag in Submachine or DMT or whatever and you have Skype running, try logging out and closing it. It might help...? It did for me!
