I like it, but I don't want to vote on it, in case it goes against the rules. (I don't even know what the rules are regarding theories that are added late into a voting session)

Just edited it. Summary:

-moved logo to right side
-moved to-do list to a link in the community portal
-moved theory voting link to right column
-removed other images, etc.

Thank you, looks much better in my opinion.

If you have time, it also maybe would be good idea to add proper section boxes, instead just headers. Few examples — 1, 2.

Hey everyone, just a reminder that the "likely" category closes on January 7th, which is two days from now. There are a bunch of theories that have less than three total votes and it would be awesome if y'all can help out!

Suggestion: Edit the welcome message for new registrations to include information about theory voting. So that way a person who reads said message is informed of theory voting taking place. I mean yeah they can see that from the main page, but if they get a message from the wiki encouraging them to vote, they may be more likely to vote and possibly create a theory of their own.
