Yeah, Jatsko's idea is somewhat plausible.
To move on to another weird thing about the notes... Elizabeth. Have you noticed how much she seems to know at this point? It almost seems like she knows more than Mur, Mur just has more powers and drive. Who is she? Why does she have this knowledge?

Yeah, we know from as early as Sub6 that she's "the solver". She could just be a very smart and competent scientist, but we haven't really got much information about her. She seems to always be mentioned in tandem with Murtaugh.

True, but back in Sub7 there were still lots and lots of her notes where she was like "how could this be, how curious". But at the same time, she was the one that was able to transcend Murtaugh's hugely complex problem of being in the eight layer and stuff. She. Just some woman – without a freaking karma arm.Vortex wrote:Yeah, we know from as early as Sub6 that she's "the solver". Well, in the last games (except Sub10) they have been trying to sell us the idea that karma is like some mystic spiritual force. I don't buy that now. I think that's just an example of advanced physics and technology being like magic to people not so well-versed in science, like the Sub9 cult.
Elizabeth was a scientist before all, and through asking questions and studying how that karma and layers stuff worked, she could eventually reach an understanding so high that people would start calling it "illumination" (like with that Goddess note from Sub8). She doesn't need a karma arm: if she understands how it works, she could surely build something better. I wouldn't be surprised if Liz was the one who built the navigator and beamers to compensate for her lack of a karma arm, for example.

Dialogues notes; no any explanation about subbots; "those ladder-footprints from the mainframe on the wall"....
I found that bothering too.

Can somebody explain me what happened at the end of Sub9. All that light beams and stuff... whose voice did we hear?

That's one thing I can find no explanation of. We haven't heard of the light trails again in Sub10, what the hell? XDSublevel 104 wrote:Can somebody explain me what happened at the end of Sub9. All that light beams and stuff... whose voice did we hear?

also, explanation of blood oops I meant resin?
Anyone please?
Anyone please?
Re: Submachine 10 and beyond Theories and Suggestions
Maybe that resin is the Submachine equivalent of a "bodily fluid". I have no idea what it does though.
Perhaps Submachine is injured after Mur's karma portals and trying to repair locations, and that resin is like the blood clots? Only Mateusz knows.

Yeah, it kind of makes sence in a way.

Re: Submachine 10 and beyond Theories and Suggestions
Well the letter to Murtaugh in Sub10 where Elizabeth talks about how the Submachine is sentient and how it didn't wait for Murtaugh to repair the damage and it started to repair the damage on its own. So yes I think the resin could be a way the Submachine repairs itself or maybe preserves the area.Vortex wrote:Maybe that resin is the Submachine equivalent of a "bodily fluid". Something I thought about is how the resin fills an area, much like how the lighthouse was buried. I mean they could have demolished the lighthouse, burned it to the ground, but instead they buried it. We know the Submachine absorbs areas, is it possible it mimics things from outside the Submachine network?
The sentience sees the lighthouse buried, due to Murtaugh's experiments, so it reacts to his karma portals, by burying the environment in resin.
