Phew made it to the lighthouse. Finally.

You know where I can get the 4th Loop Stabilizer?
I have 3 of them. Don't know where to get the 4th.

Which loops did you go through? Each loop device is in their respective loop chamber. There are four chambers, excluding the fifth which is located via a tunnel to the left of the other three chambers. The loop devices are usually protected by puzzles, but there is one in the brick chamber I believe which is on the ground, slightly hidden.

I know for a fact I got the ones in
33/4
33/3
and
33/1 (the one on the ground)
I know there's Chamber 32/1, but that's still closed. I don't know how to get it open, no clues in the chamber itself
And 33/1 has no Loop Stabilizers in itself, does it? That has the Karma Gate where you have to use them.

Put in the correct symbols for the lighthouse runes and nothing is happening. Is this intended? A bug?

Try checking the matching satellite machine at 1-1-1.

I now have two plasma coils. What do I do with them?

I'm looking for the second plasma coil, the one not found in The Basement.
They're used past the door that you open with the tiles, on the machine to the left.

Sorry, which door and where? The second one is gained using the karma stabiliser at the area you access through the karma portal at 011.

Does anyone know the tile locations? I have tile A and D.

In 0-0-0, go to the Ship Dock at the very beginning of the game. Head down the staircase inside, and use your karma stabilizer. And thanks! Hadn't thought to check there.

is connected to those things in the Karma Gate area of I I O, the Sub 6 Cliffs part.

But I have nothing to put in them to get them to activate.
How would I go about that?

I HAD TO PUT THE 4 KARMIC FUSES INTO THE DEVICE IN 32/1 TO GET THE LAST LOOP STABILIZER

1) How to solve the Loop puzzle, assuming I need a second valve from somewhere
2) How to solve the Lighthouse puzzle, seeing as I already solved the Rune one and got the Fork.

Nevermind I was stupid. Managed to use the fork.

Where can you find the Karma Stabalizer?

Get the fuses from Sub1 and place them in the terminals in 111, 110, Sub6, and Storage Room 33/4. Then return to 000 and it will be in the terminal to the left of the portal.

Wait nevermind. Now I'm stuck on two fronts

1) You do need the second valve, it's coming soon.
2) Use the fork on the box by the ladder to connect the wires.
