Every empire rises and falls sometime. I like this, it kind of shows the nature of man as a being which plays along with the rules of survival and all that. We already taken over the Earth (Except by these places that require extensive tech support such as Deep Sea or the Antartica). One day we will evolve again and by mentally prepared to head to the stars, were we are going to do pretty much the same thing, but with other sapient species of the Galaxy, but ain't Nature like that?
