If you can manage to get around the conceited jackassery that is his personality he's actually quite helpful.

He's extremely knowledgable with computer software and hardware. I suspect the problem you are having is a run of the mill memory leak which a factor reset usually takes care of or you can just put money down on a new computer.

The computer support guy at my school suggested a memory leak. I guess I'll go with that, there's no way I'm buying a new laptop just for Submachine
