wow... that's awesome, and a bit creepy at the same time, how everyone can think such specific things independently, like if our minds were connected or something.

I haven't heard about that "S" though.

it might be a more western thing rather than europe but lots of people across canada and america atleast drew it in early grades.

but yeah it's very interesting the pseudo hivemind kids have and we kind of just grow out of it.

I never knew what the deal was behind the S. When I was in elementary and middle school everyone would draw it but I was always confused and never paid much attention to it.

However it's apparently a meme:
Know Your Meme wrote:
The Super S Stussy or simply “Super S” or “Stussy” is a symbol consisting of 14 lines that forms a stylized “S”. The symbol is typically drawn by children, usually on notebook paper during school hours.

It is unclear when or where the symbol originated, but many believe it is based off a logo for Stussy[1], a clothing company based in Irvine, California. However, others question that claim since there’s no irrefutable evidence that the symbol ever appeared on any of Stussy’s clothing lines and the symbol itself is believed to date back as far as the late 1950’s. Some believe the symbol was created by unknown graffiti artists in the past.

The Super S symbol became very popular in the 1980’s and 1990’s, and is considered a staple of the latter decade among those who grew up in that time period. However, many schools didn’t like students drawing the symbol and some schools would later ban it all together, usually in the belief that it was associated with gangs and was an distraction in class. To this day, the “Super S” can be seen drawn on notebook paper by children.
I guess I didn't really like it because kids would try to replace it with the letter S in banners that they made or whatever, and it just looked really out of place next to regular handwriting. I imagine incorporated with other graffiti font it would fit nicely though.

I see. I don't remember anything like that where I live, but there were some sudden trends, like everyone being obsessed with yugioh cards or pogs during a certain year and just forgetting about it the next one. That probably happens everywhere though :P

that is also fueled by advertisement, as far as i can tell no where in the media was the running man present, or the floor is lava.

Yeah, those are most likely related to a psychological phenomenon, like when you are walking and suddenly make rules like "don't step on the lines between tiles" and such.
