Re: Dreams
Last week Thursday Night I had a bit of a weird dream.
It starts out with me being Spy Fox in the first Game Dry Cereal. But partway through on the island of Acidophilus I get chase by the people into a church with guns. Only to find the guns they had were paper towel roles that shot garbage. No danger.
I leave the church after wondering why they were after me -and they still were but their speed had been reduce to them only being able to move by bouncing like they were on the moons gravity.- So after leaving I see two guys following me for some reason. So I stop at a small cart, turn around, look them in the eyes and said "Please stop following me. Here" picking up lipstick "Have a light bulb."
So they turn around weird out, then I go through some Star Wars Stories I cannot remember.
But after the end of that adventure I show how get stuck with a bomb. Its in a Box, and I can't simple leave it alone. I tell my mother about it, and she doesn't do anything! She acts like its just something normal for her son to be stuck with a bomb in a shoe box. I couldn't just leave it anywhere, the farther I got away from it the faster it beeped.
So I open the box to chance disarming it. Cause no one would help me. I find it to have only one wire connected to a red light, and two claymore Mines with a Frontier Modem duck tape between the two claymores. So I cut the wire and its disarmed.

Re: Dreams
The shoe box thing could just be subconscious fear that the own parents "won't care anymore" eventually and give up on you.
At least this was what I experienced in my last dream (please note the clever transition here). I was on a class reunion and everyone invited their parents, too. Mine talked with others about the great jobs their kids got, but had to tell them that I had no job. Because I became a thief and just sneaked around the whole evening and stole money from former schoolmates and from the bar.
The dream caused a short and efficient midnight crisis that didn't disturb my subsequent sleep, though.
EDIT
Oh wow, I haven't read Error's dream until some secs ago. It's really interesting.
I read spiders and their webs stand for "sticky" human relationships. It makes sense, you basically try to escape people wrapping you in their webs. Maybe it's something with your mom.
Dream 1 could be just some reference to the painful childhood experience of wishing something for christmas and getting something boring and unfun instead. You once wanted, say, a Lego set and got a super awesome pack of knit sweaters instead.
It could also be communication problems.
Dream 3 is the best one to me. I personally dreamt in 3d person once because I think a lot about the player perspective in Videogames. Maybe you did that, too.

Dream 4
The girl getting replaced by the friend could stand for the fear that the girl only comes to you because of one of your abilities, not yourself. You hope your friends stay with you when she leaves, though.

Re: Dreams
I had a dream where two humans with superpowers were fighting, and wrecking havoc in a city while doing it. The other had the power to summon objects, which he readily did. He summoned a bunch of flying white spears which magically flew all over the place killing loads of civilians. I took someone's baby into safety, because the guy has just impaled its mother's neck and gave it to a very dense old lady, to whom I explained for about a minute that if she could be so nice to save the kid it would be swell.
I continued getting the fuck out of there, as someone threw one of those ship containers unnervingly close to me, prompting me to run to a nearby cemetery. I found myself hiding among the headstones and trying to instruct two girls that they should keep down. There was some sort of an anomaly with the ground that caused our feet become elastic, but I knew it would go away with time.
Finally I dragged the two girls out of hiding and we proceeded to run, because the battle was getting closer and that is where the dream ends.

1: I've never wanted much for Christmas or my birthday, and haven't ever felt let down.
2: Well I don't have any problems with my mom, I feel pretty free from her
3: when I play games like NaissanceE and Submachine it's hard not to consider other perspectives!
4: I hope that's not the case, in the dream she seemed into me :/
@Ant: that's quite disturbing. Did you watch the third Matrix recently? (Though there's not much by way of bloodshed there)

The guy who came to fix the modem went out of his way to attach a new cable line from the phone box directly to the modem.

Re: Dreams
No, I did not. I have in fact never actually watched the Matrix movies. Further, the dream wasn't actually all that disturbing. I knew what was going on, on some level at least, I might have had powers I never used or something. I was more annoyed at the other people in the dream reacting to things as if they were high on happy juice and were mostly unable to have realistic reactions.Error_3113 wrote: @Ant: that's quite disturbing.
