You can move screen horizontaly by clicking in your mouse wheel.
Though I also want horizontal scrolling bar back.

That works for Vertical, not horizontal.

It won't show horizontal scrolling if you're not in a page that needs it.

Re: Development & Bugs & Problems Reporting
This shouldn't be happening as I specifically coded the whole forum to be responsive and immediately fit to any browser's screen size.
I will be checking up on this.
EDIT 1: I found the cause of the problem you mentioned. I took a look at your picture and saw that you're using Firefox and tried it out myself. Apparently, my codes didn't seems to be working for Firefox, which is why you're seeing the forum stretched to the right side. I will attempt a fix here, though for now I will temporarily make horizontal scrollbar visible.
EDIT 2: Well, it won't be possible to fix that image-resizing because the Firefox is somehow forcing some of the images to have their dimensions encoded directly into the HTML file when Safari and Chrome didn't do that at all. Once the HTML codes are in place, no CSS codes would be able to overrule the HTML codes so the images are stuck like that in Firefox.
So because of that, the horizontal scrollbar are here to stay until the next updates eliminate that coding hijinks. And I am thinking of stretching the whole forum to fill up the screen so that the forum wouldn't looks weird when the images stretch it to the right side.
Thanks, Firefox
EDIT 3: Ok. I did some little research myself and found a solution for the problems that Firefox caused. The images can now resized appropriately, no matter which browser you use (I hope!). In the meantime, I deactivated the horizontal scrollbar now that we don't need it (I hope!).
Thanks for pointing out the problem in the first place.

Looks fine to me.
Also, I have to ask, from where did the creature originate?
