Anyway...attempt to place two coins (or change) into the coin slot of the binoculars. If that works, do a 360 degree view of the surroundings of the tower.

You put the coins in and take a look through the binoculars:

Squinting your eyes to protect them from the glare of the sun you notice 3 silhouettes just in front of the sun. You can take a closer look if you'd like.
