(man, I've been away from Submachine a long time. All those West Virginia housing projects have reoriented my brain toward other things)

between the main Sub1 ambient and the Sub2 ambient that plays in the lighthouse dungeon, i believe.

because NOTHING can win in pair with Lighthouse Lower Levels ambient because it is the best ambient in submachine series

why?
because, in my opinion, this ambient is the main theme of Submachine series. It describes everything, it combines fear, mystery, and something big, great. And that's Submachine

But no, I would also use 'Fear' to describe those ambients. To me, they are related in a sense, but there's something about then that seems a bit off, like they're hinting at other secrets their respective locations contain. A sort of hidden-beyond the walls thing, like the full story isn't what you see onscreen.

And for Sub1? I would have to say 'Atonal'
