[Lord of Flies]

Your job was monitoring Net, in search for any activity. Possible lost humans. Dangerous AI, anything that can prove itself interesting for remaining people. You started this work 24 years ago, being 17 at the time. Since then you have never seen any humans. Something happened, forcing everyone to move... Now all the old bases are empty and you were simply left behind. The only barrack that you have never been into belongs to opposite faction, that your people have been fighting. But this bunker is always closed. You can do nothing, except continuing your task and hoping to find some people. After all those years not much faith is left in your heart.

Before adventure starts I want you to choose:
1. Name
2. Type of character:
a) Soldier, armed with grenades, machinegun, pistol and combat knife. Good at fighting, but terrible at technical issues.
b) Engineer, armed with pistol, also in possession of many tools, including connection pod. Good at technical stuff, but terrible at social interactions.
c) Diplomat, armed with pistol and combat knife. Also in possession of a few first aid kits. Good at social interactions, but terrible at fighting.

Some special notes:
1. One command at a time, please.
2. There are bad endings and good endings, so be careful. Not now, but later in game your bad decisions may and will lead to bad endings. That's why I only take one command at a time.
3. There are commands that can be successfully completed only by certain classes of character, so remember you chose engineer.

Lots of weapons, but otherwise soldier has nothing useful with him.
"We" are 41.
You can't choose unarmed engineer, but pistol is light weapon, used against humans, so it's not going to be very useful in empty world... It's there pro forma.

I'm not sure of how to use weapons in a text adventure, so I'll go for engineer too.
I prefer the name Vortex given to him.
