Okay, so I have rendered in 3D how would the "warp point" and its interior be like. It looked quite plain, so I smoothed the extremes of the tube a little and now it looks a lot like the wormhole in Interstellar
The interior looks well too, I had the idea of dividing it in 8 cube shaped sectors, like the 8 faces of a tesseract. This would be the map:
The eighth sector surrounds the structure in the map. All sectors are the same size (remember Antarctica ). Of course each sector would have its own set of rooms. What do you think?
