I mean, that they always come from light bulb direction (that you call upside,) while usually in lamps cables are connected from the other side, to prevent melting and overheating, as well as to connect them without bending.

Oh I see, I have no idea really, maybe they are made in a special way.Lord of Flies wrote:I mean, that they always come from light bulb direction (that you call upside,) while usually in lamps cables are connected from the other side, to prevent melting and overheating, as well as to connect them without bending.

Re: Submachine Universe
On the topic of light, what do you think happened to 552's power, if only we could transport to 542 and find out. Especially since 553 right next to it has power.
Edit: Actually which on would be the Y coordinate?

Through every problem, raw persistence will prevail.
Re: Submachine Universe
I think middle one is Y coordinate, it would make sense to go right in alphabetical order.
Re: Submachine Universe
I never understood how the portal coordinates are related to spatial coordinates. For example 011 is next to 010 but they don't share the same room architecture.

Well in theory they are next to each other but are separated by the void.OnyxIonVortex wrote:I never understood how the portal coordinates are related to spatial coordinates. For example 011 is next to 010 but they don't share the same room architecture.

Re: Submachine Universe
Hmm, I guess that makes sense. But then the distances aren't very uniform, 462 is supposed to be directly connected to 551 by the water pipe, but according to the coordinates the rooms are placed in diagonal.

Re: Submachine Universe
That's what make co-ordinates unreliable for mapping. Also, that pipe could have gone anywhere between 551 and 462.OnyxIonVortex wrote:Hmm, I guess that makes sense. Re: Submachine Universe
I started the 3d map and realized the same thing--that there are just way too many variables to draw them correctly in relation to each other. I gave up
Re: Submachine Universe
a 3D map would be interesting anyways, I think noone has done that before.
