Of course, in Earth sun appears yellow because the sky absorbs all the blue-purple lightwaves emited from it. :P

saying "false coloured" supposes the idea that each object has some kind of true, intrinsic colour to it, that isn't always the colour that non-blind human beings perceive. if you see the sun as yellow, it is yellow; your senses are the only way of perceiving or knowing the outside world (if you ask 'outside of what', then it is outside the lump of flesh inside the skull). color doesn't exist for the blind; experiences are subjective and so is all of reality. philosophy out

Well sun emits own electromagnetic waves, including full spectrum of visible light right? So it should be white. Of course what does colour mean? Just the way human brain perceives it. Humans see sun as orange-yellow (mostly.)

No, Sun is percieved as yellow during daytime in earth.
Thats because the blue color of the day-sky acts as a filter. Seen from Space, where there's no filter at all, it looks white.

Would anyone care to remind me how you sorted messages into folders? That's an option, right?
Meet the new boss, same as the old boss, if the old boss had been an octahedron, which they weren't.

So I found a potential new member on tumblr who has shown at least a little bit of interest in the Submachine series, hope for her to join soon :) (I think it's a her based on her profile picture)
