You know, MSX Metal Gears were really fun, but they don't hold a candle to the Solids. How would we even have a 2D Snake Eater, for example???//?/?//?/?/?
But yeah, some series were better off as 2D.

@Sublevel, does that mean you don't play any FPSimulators? Or you do, but ones that had 3D characters to begin with?

I'm guessing you meant you just don't like any 2D-3D transition characters...
