Hey, In the wall behind stand in HPL, there's what appears to be an arrow pointing a dot, which is similar to the one found on the tile in 076. Maybe whatever is hidden below that tile is going to be used in the stand.

Oh, ok. I was wandering around the Pyramidion because I thought that hpl meant "H P Lovecraft", whose work is featured in the Pyramidion. My bad.

I see what you mean. I also notice the rune there below the arrow...
The stand itself and the arrow business reminds me a bit of this:
