It was the reaction from von Totan machine, back at his mansion, he had one end there, and there other end at Libon. And we assume Kara never actually came into contact with the machine, but I think it was there, we just couldn't see it. And as results, when she gets near the other receiving end of the machine, which again, we assume was not there, but it possibly was. Due to a cloaking like mechanism that made it appear that the machine was moved, when it fact, was still in the room.Sublevel 102 wrote:Oh, thanks for explanations, guys.
But still...
Can I ask you what the hell happened in second chapter of CF4? The whole madness that happened in that chapter?
(I'm too stupid to understand and make logical conclusion)
I got the idea what the machine was a kinda radio, where one end receives the sent signal, and the other broadcast. Creates an artificial hypercube. So that way when the person sending the broadcast thinks of the item to make, it pulls it out of infinity at the other end. Cause the room in the Mansion, and the Room in Libon were exactly the same. And the pipe with the wires connecting to the machine and running into the wall was not a power sources, but part of the means to create a artificial Hypercube.
With the room itself being the outer wall of the cube, and the machine places specifically in the center to be the inner parts of the artificial hypercube.
I think we accidentally set off one of the alarms. When the people in the lab underground saw us break into the mansion, they destroyed what they could, and shut down the generator, so that when it turned back on, it cause the main entrance to close permanently.Sublevel 102 wrote: Edit:
also, what did we do there?
The incident happen at the mansion long before Kara arrive, when Von Totan left for his trip, and Manfred attempted to seizes control of the lab. He was partially successful, but not without some causality. The people he took control of tried to continue the research, but without Von Totan, and some of the scientist that got killed in the take over, he was not able to get very far with the research.
