it isn't the official new forum, just something Ehnic created that failed to transfer this forum's file. Ak is working on creating the new forum.

Yep, it isn't official, thats why I suggest not doing anything there.
If AK somehow fails (I hope not), and we're left of ideas, we have to use it as last resource.

what we can do now is to test new features that we could later implement after the forum transfer.

for example, if i'm going to be a mod, you can make me mod in your forum so that i see what mods can do and what options do they have. same for Sublevel. or we can for example install plugins for polls, new features, etc. to test them.
