Yeah, OTT is really creepy.
The room with the horses does have a porpuse, I know its odd, or at least for most members it will be, I think is dedicated to Mateusz's daughters, and I bet ThunderDasher will be very happy with it as well. The coordinates are MLP, thats all I'm going to say.

BTW: KAR is the first ever room in the Subnet to show a Sub8 archytecture, thats cool!
Also, Wanderer is the last "elder" member to share his own room in the Subnet, Death Road will be very happy with that!

What I find odd are those Telegraphs projectors, I think they are a clue, but I only found 2 of them, missing one, maybe they are leading to your room.
