1) I never saw eclipses before. And now.

I saw an annular eclipse once. Some journalist photographed me while I was helping someone put the filters in his telescope and I ended up in the newspaper's main page XD

2) Am I wrong, or yesterday there WASN'T any eclipse?..

There was moon, and it was weird colored.

Maybe some kind of optical illusion?

No, look, lunar eclipses are like that.
It can also be an optical phenomenon, but if it was red like in the photo it's most likely an eclipse.
