It's just one (two if you count the Karma Portal) location(s) added.

By the way this is one of the updates I most liked, not only for the content but especially because of the cross game puzzle. That opens up a way to make Subverse much more complex and interesting. I've always liked the idea, and Subverse is perfect for that.
