If they are in uni, they should be 18 or older. No big deal.
I know from personal experience how dating seriously disturbs your focus on studies, but you should finish your studies and land a secure job before starting a family. Nobody wants to hire a drop-out.

I agree with that. I know some people that got married early, but here it's the exception rather than the rule. I just was surprised at the "many".

nope. This is situation when you have group of people near to half of the whole group, and this is not ordinary normal situation.
I can say "many" to show that it is not ordinary.
