But you didn't find all secrets, aye? 8-)
Its happened before in the series, so I can't always be perfect. Mateusz is devilishly brilliant at hiding them.

The only games where that I actually found all secrets without walkthrough are Sub_4 and 5. The only game where I actually have to use walkthrough to get through that one ridiculous portable light puzzle is in Sub_5. Otherwise, I am a expert Submachine player, just not at Karmic level.

...I found 4/5 Secrets on Sub9, first time through, no Walkthroughs, and only missed that damn Ladder Rung stuff. Yet I struggled with good part of the main game itself.

No need to stress over it, sometimes people just get lucky or find small things others didn't.

Yeah, this isn't a competition, there won't be any prize for who discovers everything first XD
the important thing is enjoying the game, not? :)

No, I didn't forget.
That was debated and left as is on purpose.
In previous games we able to press back to the game and still found all secrets, it is really misleading to allow people to go back into the game, but not allow them to find all secrets in that state.

It would be really annoying to struggle like for hour trying to find all secrets, after pressing back to game, and only discover that you can't and you need to start from the beginning to find all secrets.

Well...I was not prepared for this game. I went in thinking "okay, there's probably going to be plot development", but I had NO concept of what the game eventually threw at me. I beat it in a little over an hour, though I consulted the walkthrough once...I'm weak. (I also only got 2 secrets, so...)

I have to say Sub9 definitely has the best soundtrack out of all the games so far - the garden theme was especially amazing.

Also, oddly enough, the thing that struck me most about this game was the fact that I saw spiderwebs. Sure, they make everything look old and dusty - but they're also a sign of life. The whole series has been so devoid of other creatures, that seeing something that meant spiders lived around the temple - I don't know why, but it stood out to me.

In my second gameplay I took some screenshots and I got all the secrets, so I understood the plot better.

-ak-'s perspective has helped me understand a bit more, but one thing is certain, this game completely destroyed my previous idea of the plot XD

and it debunked a lot of theories of a sudden, even some we thought were confirmed might be not so (from my first look to http://submachine.wikia.com/wiki/Confir ... r_theories).

One of my theories is stil alive (Heptapolar Crunch) but not really confirmed as it's slightly different from what Mateusz explains in #Submachine9.

Edit: wow I was even talking about an eighth layer back in 2012. http://submachine.wikia.com/wiki/RuloCo ... l_alive.29

I will have to modify my Sectors theory a bit, because it says:

[...](although it's almost sure there's a location in every layer, if not in some layers we would fall to the dark void)[...]

but this is WRONG. In #Submachine9 we travel to the Mover through a karma portal, and if we change the layer we actually fall to the dark void.
