Wait, is the them in this note Murtaugh & Co.? And what does it mean by "Murtaugh never said it was about revenge"? If it wasn't about revenge what was it all about? There were bullet holes in Liz's ship and she seemed threatened from what she wrote in her notes. It makes little sense...

I again wonder about mystery of MAP symbol.
