Possible.... I thought Foer's behaviour was a manifestation of the alienation resulting from the incident with Tey'ri. (Always in sight, never in reach)
Meet the new boss, same as the old boss, if the old boss had been an octahedron, which they weren't.

Can you explain what you meant? I am having a hard time understanding this.

Good observation. That's possible.

Alright, I'll try again.

Tey'ri's hauntings seem pretty consistent with someone who's died. She appears, get's covered in blood goes away.

Foer, on the other hand, is different. Whenever he haunts Ener, he keeps in sight, letting himself be chased, but continues to slip farther away.
To me, this would not imply death, as much it would imply alienation. Foer is there, but out of Ener's reach.

Furthermore, I say it's not much of a stretch to assume this is the result of the same horrific act that got Ener banished. Or that this act was somehow directed at Tey'ri.

Good and valid theory.

Even if Foer is actually dead (confirmed in Chapter 5 & 6).

Several formatting mistakes:
  • - Name of user not in bold

    - Third command incorrectly quoted with information not intended to be part of the command

    - Command not quoted

AK, I'm sorry, but you forget to move some of phrases in sequences.
Look at this post:

I CLEARLY remember that it ended with Ener's quote
"NEVER
AGAIN "

I remember that too actually.

More minor mistakes:
  • - Command not in quotes
    - Second command not in quotes
    - Is "opened" meant to be spelled incorrectly?

Yep! Sometime it spelled like that for purpose of animal's strange obsessions with misspelling with wrong vowel or skipping a vowel altogether.

It happens in the story sometime with OPAN (open) and WEPON (weapon).

-ak- says nay.

y u no draw Ener BEASTLY VIGORing us out, at least on this thread

(NOT TO SELF: Ask for a pic with Ener bashing off-topic'ers away so it gets posted here every time someone posts on the archive threads)
