Oh don't worry, you can post these here also, a few corrections about these comments since they haven't been touched upon for a while:

Loeb being evil? Right... He's more delusional than evil. The only reasons he did what he done because he thought it was the right thing to do in that circumstance. He wasn't wrong and wasn't right, either. At least, blowing him up is every bit as intentional.

Sentry bot (this one, you can call it Sad the Turret!) as the only robotic presence on the Ship? I don't know, depending on your definition of "robotic"... But as the only thing on the Ship possessing any smidge of artifical intelligence? I don't think so

Kelen HATES blowing up, both literally and figuratively. Unless its directed at those who she think really deserved it.

Finally... The snapshot of the Light Void is, surpisingly, pretty accurate at this time of story in Chapter 7.

1. Oh well... the general exploding was the main part.

2. The key word is "indidual". There seem to be a lot of artificial beings on that ship, but so far, only the turrets seem both structurally and mentally separate.

How late am I to the party of realizing Ener killed or otherwise wounded Tey'ri, probably in front of his son?

I'd thought because Ener got more flashbacks involving Foer earlier in the story (like the loaf thing) it seemed like there was this incident involving him (and probably his death) earlier then Teyri's.
